Hey there! Welcome back to Let the Rest Burn with The Evolved Therapist. We're diving into a new shadow archetype this July - THE SABOTEUR. This sneaky little character likes to mess with our schedules and relationships, all in the name of protecting us from potential pain. It stems from childhood experiences and has a knack for ruining moments of joy and openness. The saboteur is all about avoiding pain in the here and now, but unfortunately, it often leads to self-sabotage. I'll be sharing some personal stories and stressing the importance of looking within and making room to confront this tricky archetype. We can genuinely navigate life by surrendering control and embracing our inner power. So let's embrace spaciousness and let the rest burn together!
