Today we are diving into the topic of major life changes and transitions with Certified Life & Spiritual Coach, Founder and Lead Coach of Believe It Life Coaching, and women's empowerment advocate and speaker, Nazly De La Rosa.
Naz is the host of the popular Third Eye Talks podcast and co-author of the book Her Path Forward. Naz helps women repair their relationship with change in order make major life transitions - from moving across the country to starting second careers to leaving unhealthy relationships. Prior to starting her company, Naz worked as a marketing and creative director for more than 15 years in the publishing, real estate and non-profit industries. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications and a Minor in Marketing. Naz is a mother of two boys and has remained happily unmarried to her big love, stand-up comedian Jay Moreno, for over 12 years.
