Know your players and mix the appropriate amount of competition, collaboration, group and individual quests, challenges, and achievements. In low- or no-tech gamification you have many options to get your participants building, creating, drawing, reflecting, discussing, debating, sharing, competing, collaborating… in reality the combination of possibilities is endless.
