In this episode, Donna Dubinsky and Jessica Nicholson share their work on the CHIPS Act and efforts to promote workforce development in the United States. Dubinsky, a business school graduate and pioneer in the tech industry, shares her experience founding companies and her current role in implementing the CHIPS program at the request of the Secretary of Commerce. Nicholson, a 20-year veteran of the federal government, talks about her background in economic data and her focus on career pathways and skills as part of the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board.
