The Comparison Game - a game that none of us want to play, but can sometimes find ourself falling into. I know we have all been there, scrolling on social media or hearing through the grapevine that someone we know just went on a grand trip or got a crazy promotion. That inner dialogue might start tearing us down with thoughts of inadequacy or jealousy.
