We all can get bombarded by the unrelenting to-dos of the day. Things can pile up and before we know it, a feeling of "I have to" emerges. What if we flipped the script? What if, in that moment, we catch ourselves feeling that way and consciously change our mindset to "I get to" do these things... Much different energy! Being grateful for having the opportunity to do whatever we're doing can easily snap us out of whatever negative story we might be telling ourselves about the situation.
