Dr. Dyke specializes in Performance and Exercise Psychophysiology and is a subject-matter expert in Mindfulness-Based Performance and Health Optimization©.
For over a decade, Dr. Dyke has studied Human Psychology, Kinesiology, and Psychophysiology. He professes that optimal performance is dependent upon the integration of health and well-being. His knowledge and experience led to the creation of perfor[Hu]mance.®
