INTERVIEW: Have you ever been curious about your sexual fantasies? What do they mean? What do they say about us or our partners? Today I’m in conversation with Dr. Justin Lehmiller, a social psychologist and Research Fellow at The Kinsey Institute. Dr. Lehmiller runs the Sex and Psychology blog and podcast and is author of the popular book Tell Me What You Want: The Science of Sexual Desire and How It Can Help You Improve Your Sex Life. He's an award-winning educator, and a much sought-after voice on sexuality research and education. On this episode we dig deep into the science of sexual desire, as well as sexual fantasies — what they mean, and why they’re there in the first place. Dr. Lehmiller shares his research findings, and we talk about what sex is really looking like in isolation — backed by the facts, not the headlines.
