Do you feel the effects of overwhelm, stress or anxiety? Yep, we all do at times, but if this is starting to impact the way you feel on a daily basis, or contribute to debilitating attacks, asking for help is an important first step.

Currently, almost 1 in 7 women in Australia report experiencing an anxiety-related condition. With increased daily pressures, demands and expectations, I'm not surprised. Working predominantly with women over the years as a Naturopath, I've seen how this anxiety builds up and impacts lives.

To help bring awareness to this condition, unravel the causes and talk through some practical ways to support your body and mind through this, I have invited clinical Nuritionist (BHSc)Malissa Fedele onto the Glowing Mumma Thriving Bubba podcast.
