Are you getting ready to go on vacation this month? Me too! 🙋‍♀️

More than 82% of all US adults–or more than 212 million people–are planning to take a vacation this summer. (That’s a lot of luggage, lol!)

But all that travel can be hard on our hormones.

Because when we travel, our sleep, healthy eating, hydration, and regular exercise routine can all go sideways, in turn, impacting our blood sugar, gut health, and key hormones like estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol.

And when our hormones are out-of-whack, that can lead to us feeling bloated, moody, and, ok, I’m just gonna say it…”constipated,” and who wants to be that girl on vacation?!?

In today’s “Hot Flash Summer” podcast series episode, I’m sharing five essential travel tips every perimenopausal woman needs to know to help keep your hormones balanced so YOU can live your best Hot Girl Summer.
