Today’s guest on the podcast is Nutrition Awareness client Stephen Mumbert. His story is one for the books ya’ll! When he walked into our office he was 467 lbs, in constant pain, shame, a full blown diabetic, and couldn’t get up from a seat without assistance.

He’s now 230 lbs, running an 8:30 mile, and just finished his first Savage race. In this episode, we talk about the factors that catalyzed him to make changes, how and where he sought help, and the massive ripple effect this has had on every aspect of his life from his career to relationships, as well as the people around him including his wife (who has lost 110 lbs) and his dad, who at 70 years old works with a trainer 3 times a week and lost 40 lbs.

There’s no way you can listen to his story and not feel inspired! If you’ve been feeling like you’ve hit an all time low or you’ve told yourself there’s no way you’ll ever succeed, this episode is for you.
