Creating a sustainable business is about more than your carbon footprint. Today’s guest is Ian Walker, Founder, and President of Left Coast Naturals, an organic and natural food distributor of ‘better ingredient’ brands like Hippie Snacks, among others. Ian has come a long way from selling nut butter with a friend at a local market. Today, Left Coast Naturals distributes 27 different brands, over 200 organic and natural bulk foods, and manufactures three of their own brands. They have never wavered on their commitment to, not just make great food and serve their customers, but to do it in an ethical and environmentally responsible way too.
