Bottom line is this: Just like driving a different vehicle for the first time, this emotional roadmap will require practice. LIke traveling to a foreign country, this is new territory so it may feel awkward or uncomfortable. This is normal. You are learning something new.

3. Writing Prompts Help Us Access Our Emotions: Ever heard someone say, "I can't find the words." It's 100% true! In highly charted situations, the "words" part of our brains freezes up. That's why I provide writing prompts to help access the words.

(24:13) The feelings that resonated the most with me on the feeling wheel...

(24:24) The feelings/pain told me...

(25:02) It reminded me of...

(25:32) What I think I needed then was...

(25:47) But I didn't get it so...

(26:25) Looking back, it makes sense...

(26:40)The feelings coming up now are...
