As an emotional and spiritual health coach, my passion is to help people unlock their feel good. Feel good isn't "happy all the time" utopia; instead, I create opportunities for you to find out what your unique "feel good" blueprint is and strategically work toward integrating it into your life. Life is GOING to happen--I can help you be ready for it without losing your feel good. In this episode, I share one of my favorite tools in self-awareness-the iceberg. Self-awareness of the "things we don't see" opens us up to access the richness & vulnerability of FEELING all the feelings--and recognize the power of tapping into our emotions.

2. The Writing Prompts at the end of the presentation are there to help you lean into your own wisdom, to discover what is already available inside of you. Trust the process. Lean in to these and try not to overthink them. Take a screenshot of them or write them out in a notebook or journal. Take a moment before starting to clear your mind, and then as quickly as possible complete the sentences. Do not overthink the answers. Just allow the words to come. Notice what feelings come up. Were you surprised by anything?
