A new trail project connecting Lafayette and West Lafayette over the Wabash River opened this week. A mass text sent last week to an unknown number of Carmel residents is an example of political disinformation. It’s been nearly two years since the federal Rural Emergency Hospital model was launched – no Indiana hospitals have chosen to convert to the designation yet.
