Losing weight is not the same as breaking overeating habits permanently. Most women know the yo-yo weight loss cycle all too well, and so many smart women struggle with how to create consistent lasting habits related to eating. In this episode, I’m sharing why this is and the simplest way to create easier, more lasting results.
