This is IOM, the flagship podcast of giving the hosting job to your boss just see what would happen. No shock here, it was a good idea. I'm your friend, Nathan Graham, Associate Manager for Institute. Also, of no shock to you, this podcast is a window into what makes Institute possible. Our conversation today focuses on the ever-important topic of Volunteer Development. To do the conversation justice, we assembled a panel of our own volunteers: Desiree Bennyoff, IOM, CCE, ACE, of the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Chamber of Commerce, Vanessa Bennett, IOM, TNCCE, of the Kingsport Chamber, and Ashley Fearn, IOM of the Greater Washington Society of CPA's.
