In this episode I talk about Loss. I recently lost my mom, who battled cancer for 2.5 years. I just wanted to share my experiences I have had over the last few weeks about grief and loss. I know I am only in the early stages of grief but there are some important things that I learned that I think will benefit anyone else going through this.
