While there are many moments that challenge us in the operating room, there are those that serve as beacons of hope, guiding us toward our purpose and helping us stay connected to our passion.

During this episode I highlight a few of the most beautiful, inspirational moments I experienced in the OR. Witnessing the artistic care provided by talented healthcare professionals impacted me as both a nurse a human being. I am thankful for the opportunity to have worked with these providers and want to express my deepest gratitude for the compassion and humanity they bring to our field.

I believe all healthcare workers have the capacity to transform into healthcare warriors. Sometimes we are inspired by the uplifting, courageous actions of our co-workers. Other times, we are the ones carrying the flag of hope as we serve our patients powerfully and serve as role models to others.
