Welcome to the latest episode of the Stupid Sequels Podcast! Our guest is Alex Rezell and we are reviewing Aladdin and the King of Thieves. This episode is that a lack of planning ahead sometimes makes something great! Our last minute guest/future roommate and I watch the superior third Aladdin sequel. The original has the great music but the second has inconsistent magic rules, poor dental hygiene and Robin Williams gets the last word! We get off topic (like a lot) and argue over things that don’t matter but we both agree, this movie isn’t that bad! We find truly terrible movies and give them all the attention they don’t deserve. ?Each episode we’ll discuss exactly what made such a horrible sequel from casting to budget to just plain bad writing. While we all love a great movie there’s something just a little more fun about watching a seriously stupid sequel. Now while there are plenty of awful sequels out there we have a few guidelines about the kind of movies we’ll be reviewing.
