We have talked briefly about ACL rehab in a lot of our episodes but we noticed that we did not have a specific episode that was dedicated to ACL rehab. So this will start our Sports Rehab Lab series on ACL rehabilitation, and we are going to start with early post op rehab from weeks 0-6. This episode will focus on the immediate concerns and methods we use in the early post-op phase. We feel that this is one of the most critical points in this rehab, and it important to know the do's and don'ts of this phase. Hope that everybody enjoys the series! Let's Gooooo!!!!
