Food is an integral part of our lives. It keeps us alive, makes us happy, and is the centre of so many of our memories and celebrations. For the longest time, however, food has also been associated with negative, restrictive terms like “diets'' and “cheat days”, and the guest on today’s show, nutrition specialist and non-diet nutritionist Kripa Jalan, aims to make these ideas of the past. She tells Sarah how food, nutrition, exercise and mental health are all connected, and encourages us to maintain the balance between nourishment and indulgence.
