Today we are going to be talking about the subject of Anxiety, but specifically, when anxiety expresses itself in the form of a Panic Attack. A Panic Attack, in case you haven't heard of it, is where a person has an acute sudden onset of anxiety, and sudden shear fear takes over a person's body, where the person loses total control and usually, feels like they are going to die. We are going to be having Richard De La Mora who is a Pastor today, but before he knew Christ had paralyzing panic attacks and didn't know what to do about it.
