Luck, fate, synchronicity - whatever you want to call it we have the ability to stack the odds in our favour and put ourselves in a better position for success.
In this episode I share my thoughts about focusing on our strengths and how they can help us build a bigger and better business, and a bigger and better life. We all have strengths - things that we enjoy doing and that seem quite easy for us or straightforward but that may seem complex or challenging for others.
Life is short and we can waste it on trying to improve our weaknesses like the school system encouraged us to do - or we can double down on our strengths and see where they can take us.
Finally, I also give some examples from my own experience of how people have encouraged me to focus on something that I didn't class as a strength but has since opened doors and new conversations.
