Lisa is a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in PCOS and diabetes and helps women improve their overall quality of life and hormonal health.
She has been practicing since 2007 and owns a private nutrition practice called Nourish Nutrition & Diabetes in Oklahoma City.
After years of seeing women struggle with cycles of overly restrictive eating, overindulgence, and guilt, Lisa's goal is to help women develop realistic and sustainable nutrition approaches.
Using a whole food approach that promotes hunger control and prevents cravings, women are able to eat food they enjoy and still lose weight and gain control of PCOS.
