Felicia Martin is the Senior Vice President of Inclusion, Education, and Community Engagement for the NCAA and gave the Tuesday keynote address during the AAUA National Conference. Ms. Martin leads all NCAA inclusion operations and leadership development programming and supervises national office staff in inclusion, education, and community engagement. She also serves as a national office ambassador to member organizations, promoting the NCAA’s core values of diversity and inclusion.
She spoke on the topic of “Exploring the College Sport Ecosystem.” AAUA Chair-Elect Dr. Sandra Affenito introduced Ms. Martin.
