Hypnotherapy is an intervention that I found I had more experience with than I initially thought. Things like meditations and flow state have allowed me to experience states similar to what I understand to be like hypnotherapy. Through my conversation with Kevin Kemp I learned more about the science, how we experience it daily, and what the therapy can do for healing trauma.
