I wanted to give some background on what inspired me to start The Goodwin Social and reflect on what my 30s have been like so far. After going off the pill and feeling completely dismissed by my OB about my health concerns, I’ve been on this beautiful, messy healing journey ever since. In this episode, I talk about my experience with functional medicine and how that’s rippled into other areas of my life, including my relationships and personal development.
