Sophie and Dom, owners of Baseline Fitness and FMA clients for 3 + years in South Wales pivoted their business from an unfulfilling and struggling open gym model of 400 low-paying members to a coach-led premium service. They now have just under 200 high-paying members but have 4 X’d their revenue.
