Hi guys! Welcome back to another week’s episode.

Humans are extremely adaptable. However, there are 2 sides to this coin. Ask yourself - based off of the circumstances you find yourself in your life, are you adapting positively or negatively?
Are you stuck in trauma, anxiety or stress? Or, are you growing, learning, and becoming something better through all that you're going through? There are 2 sides to this coin and in this episode we discuss how we can stay on the positive adaptation side of the coin.
This whole idea came to me while i was running one of my marathons. (I am currently running 52 marathons in 52 weeks.) I was so proud of how well my body has adapted to running a marathon every single week. I then started thinking of all the times I felt stuck in my life. I thought about all the things that lead to me feeling stuck and I realized that during those times i had adapted to my circumstances in a negative way.
We want to help you guys continually improve and become the people you are meant to be. We are sure that you are probably going through some challenging stuff. Tune into this weeks podcast and learn how to grow from your circumstances and not become your circumstances.
