What dreams have you forgotten about? As we navigate life, it’s easy to forget our dreams or to give up on dreaming altogether. But dreams are important. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” When you’re creating your future or changing your direction in life, it’s vital to resurrect those dreams you used to have as a wide-eyed, seemingly invincible young adult, and look at your life in light of them. What did you use to dream about? Where do you want to go from here? What new dreams do you want to have?
In her Weekly Coaching Tip, Elena provides tips for how you can remember your dreams, create new ones, and live in light of possibility, rather than fear. In her interview segment, Elena speaks with Grammy-award winning opera vocalist and winsome leader, Tynan Davis. Tynan is a fabulous artist, having toured with Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and on the 25th anniversary North American tour of Phantom of the Opera (where she met her husband—talk about romantic!).
