250. Priorities Observation

Fuck the ice bath. So sick of it dude. Anyway, little show on priorities. Funny to me to see what people deem as more important than certain things. Because what we choose to do is how we show what we value most over a consistent basis. Instead of saying “I don’t have time to ________”, try instead saying “_________ is not important to me.” Stings a bit when you tell yourself the truth huh?

Today was a major L also. Didn’t talk about it in the show, but after I got home from the gym I passed out out of pure exhaustion. As I sit here and type this I am discouraged with myself. But it is what it is. Can't win all the days, but you can still score on a bad play.
