Over halfway through and only seven bakers remain to take on the second ever Botanicals week. Drawing flavour inspiration from the natural world, the magnificent seven whip up spiced buns in the signature, lemon & thyme drizzle cakes in the technical and floral entremets desserts in the showstopper.
