Todd Bloomer was born & raised in New York, He got to Texas as fast as he could. This is his 29th year in education and he has served as a building principal of a middle and a high school. Todd is Passionate about student voice, hiring, & advocacy at the state level. He has a wonderful wife and five incredible children.
