The Panel is followed by a Q&A with the audience and is chaired by Henry Burgess, Head of the UK Arctic Office, British Antarctic Survey; and President of the International Arctic Science Committee (IASC), United Kingdom.

This event originally took place at the 2023 Arctic Circle Japan Forum.
