I’ve noticed that my left arm/left side of my upper body seems to be more defined. Specifically, my left shoulder is bigger and rounder. Would there be a reason for that? And how can I get my right arm/shoulder to catch up??

My maintenance calories are 2500. Average macros for the last week are 155P/225C/95F. Should I change my distribution of fats + carbs? My goal is to build muscle and I’m staying at maintenance for the rest of the year
