As human beings we play games don't we?
And some of these games can be necessary in order to navigate the tricky social waters.
But some most definitely are NOT.
There are many games that are inherently toxic and you want to avoid being drawn into them at all cost.
These are also games that can appear beneficial on the surface but, in reality, they end up being damaging for at least one of the people involved (and often that person is you).
