The narrative that we're broken is old and tired and a lot of the advice given to and from men and women about relationships on the internet and on these red pill podcasts is really just toxic and counterproductive to the goal of experiencing real, healthy love growing up. Our foundation wasn't laid properly. Our parents and their parents did the best they could, but the impact has been severe. The great news is you can lay a new foundation and as important as healing is it doesn't mean you have to become obsessed with it because you're not something that needs to fix.
