Biblical writing and the accuracy thereof, has been the subject of debate for centuries. Beginning with cuneiform writings and evolving into Hebrew, Greek, and now English, the Bible has stood the test of time. It is the only inerrant piece of literature known to man.

“And you, son of man, take a brick and lay it before you, and engrave on it a city, even Jerusalem” (ESV Bible, 2001, Ezekiel 4:1).

Relating to anatomy, the word cuneiform has been used in the foot. Our anatomy, derived by God, consists of a first (medial), second (intermediate), and third (lateral) cuneiform. The word means “wedge-like”, which describes these “wedge-like” bones accurately.

So there you have it, another example of something Biblical represented in our anatomy. We pray that our message today has encouraged you and that you will seek the Bible more fervently than ever. Blessing to you our brothers and sisters.

Stress is not the goal, be well.

— Daniel Miller, Ed.S., C.S.C.S.
