I met Dawson Danner through following his sports media coverage with Tai Spangenberg of Boise Sports Talk. I read through some of the posts he wrote and could already see the upside of the young journalist who graduated from Boise State University.
Today I get to chat with Dawson, and learn about his athletic career and his love for the sports world. We'll hear about his experiences as an athlete, which includes playing club baseball for Boise State University. And we'll chat about his experience as a journalism student at Boise State and what he learned during his time there.
The big topic is the evolution of sports journalism. Even since Dawson was in college until now, things have changed. We're going to a digital age of media content and the consumers are changing too. We'll get his opinion on some of those things as we chop it up during the interview.
