In life it is very easy to look at someone you know, admire, aspire etc... and say "why am I not like that?" Fitness is much the same. You can look at a fitness enthusiast, trainers, owners, people on instagram and ask the same question. Comparing yourself is time consuming, exhausting and can also be demeaning.
