Man, woman, stressed brain. What’s the difference? How does stress affect men and women? Is there a difference? These are some of the big questions I explore with Dr Delia McCabe.

Delia has devoted her work and study to how feeding the brain can bring about optimal health and performance. Recently Delia has focussed on the effect of stress on the female brain. And, she has discovered there are some significant differences in how the female brain is affected by stress. In this episode we explore this new research and look for ways both men and women can become more stress resilient.

Delia has a very effective way of deciphering the science and delivering practical ways we can improve our health and wellness to get to, and maintain optimal performance.

This is such a great episode, I’ve included an extended section at the end, where Delia and I continued our conversation and Delia dropped some big wisdom bombs. It’s so good I had to share it with you.
