Our guest is Yetta Toliver - Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Xerox.
In today’s changing, connected world, it is important for Xerox to be committed to advancing diversity, inclusion, and belonging, or DIB – to enable innovation and growth.
In her role, Yetta leads the DIB strategy and roadmap to help Xerox to drive change and build a more diverse community within the company and the communities they serve.
Yetta is a servant leader at heart. In 2013, she established the Journey of Leadership Institute and she also works as a business adjunct professor at a local community college.
In this episode of Scaling Culture, Ron and Yetta discuss:

  • Why and how Xerox created Employee Resource Groups in the late 60s?
  • What have been the outcomes of that initiative and where can other companies start?
  • Xerox’s diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) commitments and key initiatives
  • Why and how to listen to what’s important to your employees?
