Welcome back to the Rooted Working Mom show!
Today’s show is a continuation of last week’s episode 27: Don’t Skip This if You Want to Crush Your Fit Goals where I walk you through the critical step you MUST NOT skip if you want to crush your fitness goals this year. It is a step often overlooked and is detrimental to your long-term MOTIVATION and COMMITMENT. It’s knowing your why and indenting your fitness WHY.
This week I teach you the NEXT STEPS in the process and I give you a super POWERFUL bonus question to ask yourself that will deeply root your motivation and commitment to stay steadfast towards taking daily action on your goals.
If you find that your health and fitness journey is like a yoyo-up and down. No matter what you do, eventually over time, you slip back into unhealthy choices. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired and are ready to dig deep and establish changes that can last the rest of your life, this is the place to start.
