Unpopular Opinion: You have to take 100% ownership over your thoughts and feelings first before you can take any measures towards preventing your burnout. As long as you're in victim mode, at the mercy of your body and outer circumstances, nothing will ever change that the sheer inevitable will become ... evitable.

The 3 Step Process to Prevent Burnout:
(1) Become Aware
(2) Unlock Possibilities
(3) Take Responsibility
