When I attended the Seminars with T. Harv Eker and J. T. Fox they told us to delegate all the labor that we don’t like, that we are too qualified for and that we are not good enough…

When I heard that, I thought that is nonsense…

I went to the Seminar from Brendon Burchard and he told us that he is making more money in the Seminar Business than T. Harv Eker because he is making nearly everything by himself. Still, he takes 3 months off from his work every year…

The same told me. my father, who was, again and again, entrepreneur of the year… He said no big firm can beat a good running small firm in revenue! Because of so bigger the firm or the team so more ineffective. With a small team where everybody does everything to get the things done, where the communication is good, the work is done fast and good.

When I was working in a small firm as a designing engineer for automation, I had also to make the contracts with the firms, to make the best deals and to repair everything, like milking machines, sawmills, harbor cranes, color factories,… My boss trained me to bargain like crazy so that we could make good profits… But is that engineering work?

Robert Kiyosaki from Rich Dad, Poor Dad… What I can’t, I have to learn to become better…

So more we outsource, so more we lose the control and our money.

We are human beings, and if we concentrate mainly on one subject and skip all of our other abilities our mind becomes distorted, we attract severe brain diseases … Because we have also to do the very simple tasks to relax our mind… be it to play with kids, to paint the walls, to iron our shirts, to work in the garden, to clean the house, to wash the car…

I remember when I was in India and we had to do the pot washing for 20000 people… In one of my night shifts, there had been 3 Professors, 1 Doctor and me as the “unqualified engineer” was in charge…

Be flexible and try to learn from everybody!!!
