It has been a blessing to have this reasoning with one of the best ITALIST in Kingston Jamaica teaching us about the riches of Ital food, where it’s originated from and also the connection between the food you eat and your spirituality. He is such a humbled Soul that cooks food that is out of this world!
I had this reasoning at SHANTY-MAN his Vegan restaurant in Kingston Jamaica. Feeling the breeze brush pass my skin while I sit and just hold a vibe. This restaurant is located at a very busy road, so every now and then you will hear scooters and the big trucks passing, people in the background and just relaxed Jamaican vibes. Train your mind to focus on only these two voices: Mines and Shanty-man. ☺️
