Shannon is the CYO (Chief Yoga Officer) for Practice Indie Yoga, a local Indianapolis yoga studio who is a part of NapTown Fitness- a fitness network helping people challenge the body, inspire the mind and entertain the soul through wellness. She is also the partner of the most adorable Serbian man on the planet, the daughter/sister of some pretty awesome Southerners and the mother of two of the cutest kids on the planet. She is an avid yoga practitioner, life lover, novice urban farmer, jaded CrossFitter, curiosity curator, cuss word aficionado and goal setter/seeker.
