Today on Peeling the Onion Podcast with have Kira Whitman. We peel the onion on the topic of Autism and what are the contributing factors to autism, why we are seeing so much autism diagnosis, and what we can do to support autism recovery.
Kira is a functional medicine trained nutritionist, traditional naturopathic doctor, and hypnotist. She believes food has healing qualities and the majority of our health problems can be solved through proper nourishment and an understanding of the mind-body connection. She suffered from chronic digestive issues for 20 something years before leaving her career as a middle school teacher to pursue the world of nutrition and alternative health.
