Ken is a graduate of the McGill Management Institute and was part of a senior engineering team with Bombardier Aerospace before joining TAC. He is also a black belt in Six Sigma.
As a bilingual, results-oriented executive coach, Ken works with management and employees providing strategic planning, leadership development, sales training and other services. He espouses the value of ‘slight edge’ thinking, which proves the compound impact that occurs when we makes small improvements in multiple areas.
He serves on several boards in the Montreal area, volunteers with Kiwanis, Quebec Special Olympics, WIAIH and writes for multiple business magazines.
